Atlas has been monitoring COVID-19 Airborne Infection Isolation Rooms for a large Metropolitan Washington DC Hospital Complex since the beginning of the pandemic, assuring the functionality of both integrated and retrofitted isolation rooms are installed and operating per Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) and ASHRAE 170.2017 (Ventilation of Healthcare Facilities) standards. To ensure functionality of each space during these critical times, Atlas has been monitoring this project for 7 days a week since inception, recording daily parameters such as pressure differential, temperature, and relative humidity along with a visual inspection of installed equipment inside each room. Atlas interacts with Nursing Department and Engineering Department staff on a daily basis to report on isolation room parameters and discuss any challenges.
